In Between Sizes?

We recommend sizing down due to the stretchy nature of our fabric. Our suits are meant to be form-fitting.

How to Measure:

To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:


Bust: Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust. The measuring tape should be level across your shoulder blades. 


Natural Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline with one forefinger between your body and the measuring tape.


Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your low hip. The measuring tape should sit level across your backside. 


Under-bust: Measure just underneath your bust. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and fairly snug


Ribs: Measure around your torso, three fingers down from your under-bust
International Customs & Duty Charges

For orders shipping outside of Indonesia, local import charges may apply. Customs policies vary significantly between countries, and customs or import duties are typically charged once your order reaches its destination. Noserider Surf Club cannot be held responsible for these additional charges, as they are determined by the local government at the destination of import.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any additional fees that may apply before placing your order with Noserider Surf Club. Please note, we are unable to mark international orders as 'gifts' to avoid or reduce customs fees.

Refund and Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please process your exchanges for new items or returns for store credit here.

We offer exchanges for new items or returns for store credit only - return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items can be returned via mail to our return addresses in Indonesia, United States, Australia, and Spain.

If you purchased your item more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or return for store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.

Store Credit

Noserider Surf Club is happy to offer store credit for the value of your exchanged item. Please submit your request here: https://noseridersurf.loopreturns.com/#/. You'll be issued store credit via email - this credit will not expire and can be used to purchase a replacement item. Store credit does not include the shipping cost or tax.

Exemptions

Unfortunately, Noserider Surf Club is not able to offer store credit for the following items:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount that is 20% off or more
  • Items marked final sale
  • Non-Noserider Surf Club Items
  • All Hats
  • Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop or at any of our retailers
  • Gift cards

Changes to an Order 

If an error was made during the ordering process, please contact [email protected]. We will do our best to adjust the order to your liking. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will recommend the next steps. Likely you will need to return the order via the aforementioned process.

Source of Products 

Noserider Surf Club products are all sourced from Bali, Indonesia - no mass production involved here. Each product is handmade by family-owned, local businesses. If you have questions pertaining to a specific item, please contact us at [email protected].

Each collection is unique and therefore the respective sizing of the product will be listed in the description. If you have further questions about fit and dimensions, feel free to reach out to [email protected]. 

Shipping

All our shipping is done through DHL and includes tracking so you can follow your order’s progress from us to you!

Each order is hand packed lovingly by our staff in recyclable and reusable packaging. Each order includes a free gift made by Lombok locals as a way to give back to the community which helped nurture Noserider Surf Club from the beginning.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesian holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and have same day shipping. However, we are only a small team working with human hands.

There may be delays subject to public holidays or a high volume of orders, or other events outside of our control. You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email when your order has been shipped.

What about shipping?

We ship Noserider both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs depend on your location. Please check the table below:

Currently we are unable to ship to the countries not served by our courier DHL. Please check this list for more information.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Noserider Surf Club is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 18 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
