🛒 Orders & Checkout

How do I checkout?
Go to your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page. Review your items and click "Proceed to Checkout." Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment info.

I just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Did you receive the order I just placed?
If you received a confirmation email, then yes! If not, contact us at [email protected] to check.

I’m unable to place my order. What do I do?
Try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers. Still stuck? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes — within 24 hours. Email [email protected] with your order number and requested change.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?
Yes, if you cancel within 24 hours. After that, we may have already begun processing your order.

It looks like my card was charged twice. Why?
Check with your bank to confirm. If it's a duplicate, send us your order details and we’ll help fix it.

It says my card was declined. What should I do?
Double-check that your billing address matches your card info. If the issue persists, try another card or contact your bank.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150 USD.

What are the shipping options and costs?

  • Standard International Shipping (1–2 weeks): $9.99

  • Priority International Shipping (4–6 business days): $19.99

  • Indonesia-wide Shipping: $5.99

  • Free delivery in Canggu

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our studio in Bali, Indonesia.

Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! Choose in-store pickup at checkout if you're in Bali. You can collect it yourself or coordinate a Gojek or Grab pickup during shop hours.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email once it ships.

Where is my order?
Check your tracking link for the latest updates. Still not there? Email us and we’ll investigate.

The tracking number isn’t showing any updates. Why?
It can take up to 48 hours to update. If there’s still no movement, let us know and we’ll follow up with the courier.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
Yes. We offer exchanges or store credit on unused items returned in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.

Where can I send returns?
We have return addresses in Indonesia, the U.S., Australia, and Spain. Email us to initiate your return.

How long does an exchange or refund take?
Please allow 5–14 working days from the time we receive your return.

It's been over 30 days. Can I still return or exchange?
We can only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

I bought my suit at a partner store. Can I return it to you?
No. Please contact the store where you purchased it directly.

Can I exchange a sale item?
No, sale items are final sale.


🧵 Product Info & Sizing

Do you have a size chart?
Yes — you’ll find it on every product page or in the footer under "Size Chart." If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for fit advice.

What materials are your surf suits made from?
Most of our suits are made from a premium blend of 78% ECONYL® regenerated nylon and 22% elastane — a durable, double-lined fabric that offers UV 50+ protection and double resistance to chlorine, sun creams, and oils.

We also use a variety of other sustainable materials across different collections. While a few upcoming styles may include components that aren’t 100% sustainable, we always choose the eco-conscious option whenever it’s available to us.

Where are your products made?
Every piece is ethically handmade in Bali, Indonesia by our trusted, family-run, female-owned manufacturing partner. We pay livable wages and produce in small batches to minimize waste and overproduction.

Do your surf suits have UPF protection?
Yes! All Noserider suits are rated UPF 50+ to help protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

How should I care for my surf suit?
Hand wash in cold water using gentle soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry flat in the shade. Avoid rough surfaces, wringing, and direct sun exposure when drying.


💳 Payments & Promos

Do I need to activate my promo code?
Nope. Just enter it at checkout and it’ll apply automatically.

Do promo codes have exclusions?
Some do. Most apply storewide, but exclusions may apply to sale items. See terms for details.

Do promo codes expire?
Yes, expiration dates vary — check the offer details when using a code.

Can I use more than one promo code?
Generally, only one code can be used per order — but free shipping will still apply if your total is over $150 after applying another code.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We partner with select surf shops, lifestyle boutiques, and resort stores around the world. Our wholesale program is designed to support stores that share our values of community, sustainability, and style.

How do I become a stockist?
Fill out our stockist application form with some info about your store, and we’ll get back to you within a few days. We’re currently accepting new partners for upcoming collections and would love to learn more about your space.
