Where do you ship from?

US orders ship directly from our warehouse in the United States.

International orders ship from Bali, Indonesia.

If you're ordering within Bali, we offer same-day delivery via Gojek/Grab during business hours.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Our new location in Pererenan, Bali is opening soon. Follow us on Instagram @noseridersurf for updates.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

US orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

International orders from Bali may take 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesian holidays).

You'll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.

Where is my order?

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates. Still not there? Email us at [email protected] and we'll investigate.

The tracking number isn’t showing any updates. Why?

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update after your order ships. If there's still no movement after that, let us know at [email protected] and we'll follow up with the courier.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150 USD. No codes needed.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return an item?

US orders are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Indonesian orders are eligible for exchange or store credit, coordinated via WhatsApp. Australian and Rest of World orders are final sale. See our full Return Policy for details.

Where can I send returns?

US orders can be returned to our US warehouse. To start a return, use our return form.

Indonesian returns are coordinated via WhatsApp at +62 811-3700-880.

Australian and Rest of World orders are final sale.

Is there a restocking fee?

A $4.99 restocking fee is deducted from all approved refunds. This fee is waived if you choose an exchange instead.

How long does an exchange or refund take?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will appear on your statement within 7–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

It's been over 14 days. Can I still return or exchange?

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

I bought my suit at a partner store. Can I return it to you?

No. Please contact the store where you purchased it directly.

Can I exchange a sale item?

Items purchased on sale or with a discount of 25% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Orders and checkout

How do I checkout?

Go to your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page. Review your items and click "Proceed to Checkout." Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment info.

I just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Did you receive the order I just placed?

If you received a confirmation email, then yes! If not, contact us at [email protected] to check.

I’m unable to place my order. What do I do?

Try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers. Still stuck? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Usually yes as long as it's within 24 hours. Email [email protected] with your order number and requested change.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

Usually yes, if you cancel within 24 hours! After that, we may have already begun processing your order.

It looks like my card was charged twice. Why?

Check with your bank to confirm. If it's a duplicate, send us your order details and we’ll help fix it.

It says my card was declined. What should I do?

Double-check that your billing address matches your card info. If the issue persists, try another card or contact your bank.

Product Info and Sizing

Do you have a size chart?

Yes — you'll find one on every product page, or visit our Size Guide in the footer. If you're unsure about your size, reach out to us at [email protected] for fit advice.

What materials are your surf suits made from?

Most of our suits are made from a premium blend of 78% ECONYL® regenerated nylon and 22% elastane — a durable, double-lined fabric that offers UV 50+ protection and is twice as resistant to chlorine, sun creams, and oils compared to other recycled fabrics. We also use a variety of other sustainable materials across different collections. Individual product pages list exact material details.

Where are your products made?

Every piece is ethically handmade in Bali, Indonesia by our trusted, family-run, female-owned manufacturing partner. We pay livable wages and produce in small batches to minimize waste and overproduction.

Do your surf suits have UPF protection?

Yes! All Noserider suits are rated UPF 50+ to help protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

How should I care for my surf suit?

Hand wash in cold water using gentle soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry flat in the shade. Avoid rough surfaces, wringing, and direct sun exposure when drying. Taking care of your suit helps it last season after season.

How should I choose my size?

We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to the size guide on each product page.

As a general rule: if you're between sizes, size up.

Our suits are designed to fit snug and secure, so going up a size will still give you a close fit. If you have a longer torso (or you're 5'7" and above), sizing up is especially recommended for our one-piece styles.

Payments and Promos

Do I need to activate my promo code?

Nope. Just enter it at checkout and it’ll apply automatically.

Do promo codes have exclusions?

Some do. Most apply storewide, but exclusions may apply to sale items. See terms for details.

Do promo codes expire?

Yes, expiration dates vary — check the offer details when using a code.

Can I use more than one promo code?

Generally, only one code can be used per order — but free shipping will still apply if your total is over $150 after applying another code.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We partner with select surf shops, lifestyle boutiques, and resort stores around the world. Our wholesale program is designed to support stores that share our values of community, sustainability, and style.
