How do I checkout?

To checkout, go to your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page. Review your items, then click "Proceed to Checkout." Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order.

I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

I’m unable to place my order. What do I do?

If you’re having trouble placing an order, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or using a different browser. If the problem persists, contact our customer care team for assistance by emailing [email protected].

Did you receive the order I just placed?

If you received a confirmation email, then we have successfully received your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact customer service for verification by emailing [email protected].

Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

You can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer care team at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and details of the changes you wish to make.

I have reached out to the customer care team and am yet to hear back. What should I do?

If you haven’t received a response from our customer care team within 48 hours, please try reaching out again, ensuring that you’ve provided all necessary details. You can also check your spam folder for any replies.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, we have a size chart available on our website. You can find it on each product page or in the footer section under "Size Chart."

It looks like my card was charged twice. Why?

If it appears that your card was charged twice, please check with your bank to confirm if it’s a duplicate charge. If it is, contact our customer care team by emailing [email protected] with your order details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours without being charged. If you cancel after 24 hours, we may not be able to prevent the charge as your order may already be processed for shipping.

What does our newsletter allow you to receive?

Our newsletter keeps you updated with the latest news, special offers, product launches, and exclusive promotions.

Where is my order? I have not received it yet?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer care team for assistance by emailing [email protected].

The tracking number for my order isn’t showing any tracking updates. Where is it?

If your tracking number is not showing updates, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If there are still no updates after this period, please contact our customer care team for further assistance.

What if the item I am interested in is sold out in my size?

If an item you want is sold out in your size, please sign up for restock notifications on the product page. You will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Can I exchange a sale item?

Sale items cannot be exchanged. Please see our "Return Policy" for additional information.

Where are your Noserider Surf Club items designed and manufactured?

Our items are designed and manufactured in Bali, Indonesia. We are committed to maintaining high-quality standards in both design and production.

How long can an exchange or a refund take to complete?

It usually takes between 5-14 working days.

Do I need to activate my promo code?

No, promo codes do not require any type of activation.

Do promo codes have exclusions?

Most promo codes apply to all items, but some may have exclusions. Please read the detailed information provided on our terms and conditions page. Exclusions may apply to sale items or non-Noserider items, depending on the promo code.

Do promo codes expire?

Yes, promo codes have different expiration dates, which are usually specified.

It's been over 30 days; can I still exchange or return an item?

As per our Returns Policy, we have a 30-day window for returns and exchanges starting from the day of purchase. We are unable to process exchanges outside of this timeframe.

I purchased a surf suit at your partner store. Can you handle the exchange or refund?

We can’t handle returns or refunds for items purchased outside of our Bali store or online shop. Once items are sold to our partner stores, we no longer manage those transactions or inventory. You'll need to contact the store where you bought your item.

Do all your surf suits have UPF protection?

All our surf suits, including those in the Surf + Sweat collection, have UPF 50+ protection.

Do you offer collaborations?

For collaboration requests, please fill out this form. We'll get back to you if we think it's a good fit and aligns with our goals.

Can I return an item?

We offer exchanges for new items or returns for store credit only - return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items can be returned via mail to our return addresses in Indonesia, United States, Australia, and Spain. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging. Please contact [email protected] for further instructions to complete your return or exchange.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

What is the best way to take care of my surf suit?

Handwash your surf suit in cold water and avoid using harsh soaps. Then, lay it out in a shaded area away from direct sunlight. And remember, keep it away from your surf leash.

Can I use multiple promo codes on a single order?

Usually, multiple promo codes cannot be used on a single order. However, there are exceptions for free shipping discounts in some cases. Also, if your order total exceeds $300 after applying a discount code, you'll still qualify for free shipping.

What materials are your surf suits made from?

Our surf suits are made from 78% ECONYL® regenerated nylon and 22% elastane. This premium fabric is exceptionally durable, offering twice the resistance to chlorine and sun creams/oils compared to other recycled fabrics, and provides UV protection of 50.
