How to Measure:
To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

Bust/Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape level across your back. For the most accurate fit, wear an unpadded bra or no bra at all.
Waist
Wrap the tape around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape comfortably fitted but not compressing your skin.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. Make sure the tape stays straight and parallel to the floor.
Height
Stand tall with your heels against a wall, looking straight ahead. Measure from the top of your head down to the floor (barefoot or in flat shoes).
In Between Sizes?
If you find yourself between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up, especially for our surf suits and one-pieces. Noserider pieces are designed with a snug, supportive fit that feels like a second skin in the water, so a little extra room will help with comfort and ease of movement.
If you prefer a compressive, performance fit (for example, for shortboarding or high-impact surf), you can stay true to size.
If you prefer a more relaxed or all-day wear fit, size up for a bit more comfort through the torso and hips.
And don’t worry, all U.S. orders are eligible for returns or exchanges, so you can always find your perfect fit.
Why does height matter?
When it comes to one-piece surf suits, height (and especially torso length) plays a big role in how your suit fits and feels.
A suit that’s too short in the torso can feel tight through the shoulders or ride up uncomfortably when you move, especially when paddling or popping up on your board. On the other hand, a suit that’s too long may wrinkle, gap at the back, or feel loose around the midsection.
That’s why Noserider factors height into our size grading. Each size is designed to fit a proportional range of heights, ensuring your surf suit moves with you, not against you.
If you have a longer torso or are taller than average, we usually suggest sizing up for more length and comfort. If you’re petite or have a shorter torso, you may prefer staying true to size for the most secure surf fit.
