Shipping Policy

All our shipping is done through UrShipper which uses FedEx and includes tracking so you can follow your order’s progress from us to you!

Each order is hand packed lovingly by our staff in recyclable and reusable packaging. Each order includes a free gift made by Lombok locals as a way to give back to the community which helped nurture Noserider Surf Club from the beginning.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesian holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and have same day shipping. However, we are only a small team working with human hands. There may be delays subject to public holidays or a high volume of orders, or other events outside of our control. You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email when your order has been shipped.

What about shipping?

We ship Noserider both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs depend on your location. Please check the table below:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Noserider Surf Club is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 18 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@noseridersurf.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

We offer exchanges for new items or returns for store credit only - return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items can be returned via mail to our return addresses in Indonesia, United States, Australia, and Spain.

If you purchased your item more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or return for store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.

Store Credit

Noserider Surf Club is happy to offer store credit for the value of your exchanged item. Please submit your request to hello@noseridersurf.com. You'll be issued store credit via email - this credit will not expire and can be used to purchase a replacement item. Store credit does not include the shipping cost or tax.

Exemptions

Unfortunately, Noserider Surf Club is not able to offer store credit for the following items:

Items purchased on sale or with a discount that is 20% off or more
Items marked final sale
Non-Noserider Surf Club Items
All Hats
Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop or at any of our retailers
Gift cards

Changes to an Order

If an error was made during the ordering process, please contact hello@noseridersurf.com. We will do our best to adjust the order to your liking. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will recommend the next steps. Likely you will need to return the order via the aforementioned process.

Source of Products

Noserider Surf Club products are all sourced from Bali, Indonesia - no mass production involved here. Each product is handmade by family-owned, local businesses. If you have questions pertaining to a specific item, please contact us at hello@noseridersurf.com.

Sizing

Each collection is unique and therefore the respective sizing of the product will be listed in the description. If you have further questions about fit and dimensions, feel free to reach out to hello@noseridersurf.com.

Sustainability

We implement sustainability whenever possible at every level of our business.

Our Fabrics

Our surf suits are made from an eco-sustainable, luxury fabric made from 78% ECONYL® regenerated nylon and 22% elastane. We know that durability is part of sustainability, which is why we use the same strong material for the suit and the lining. Not only is it twice as resistant to chlorine and sun creams/oils compared to other recycled fabrics, but it also offers a UV protection of 50!

Production

We love to keep our production close to home, which means our surf suits are handmade in Bali by a female owned manufacturer just a few minutes up the road from our flagship store, Noserider Surf Shop. This allows us to maintain small batch production while also producing in a timely manner.

Packaging

After it’s sewn, each surf suit is individually packaged in a biodegradable bag and only needs to travel down the road before it’s safely stored in our storage room. Our tags are made from 100% recycled card paper and our hygiene liners are made from recycled Kraft paper. We offer reusable canvas tote bags as packaging for each surf suit sold both online and in store.

In Between Sizes?

We recommend sizing down due to the stretchy nature of our fabric. Our suits are meant to be form-fitting.

How to Measure:

To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

Bust: Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust. The measuring tape should be level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline with one forefinger between your body and the measuring tape.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your low hip. The measuring tape should sit level across your backside.

Under-bust: Measure just underneath your bust. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and fairly snug

Ribs: Measure around your torso, three fingers down from your under-bust
