Refund + Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. 

We offer exchanges for new items or returns for store credit only - return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items can be returned via mail to our return addresses in Indonesia, United States, Australia, and Spain.

If you purchased your item more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or return for store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.

Store Credit

Noserider Surf Club is happy to offer store credit for the value of your exchanged item. Please submit your request to You'll be issued store credit via email - this credit will not expire and can be used to purchase a replacement item. Store credit does not include the shipping cost or tax.


Unfortunately, Noserider Surf Club is not able to offer store credit for the following items:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount that is 20% off or more
  • Items marked final sale
  • Non-Noserider Surf Club Items
  • All Hats
  • Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop or at any of our retailers
  • Gift cards

Changes to an Order 

If an error was made during the ordering process, please contact We will do our best to adjust the order to your liking. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will recommend the next steps. Likely you will need to return the order via the aforementioned process.
