Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
We offer exchanges for new items or returns for store credit only. If you purchased your item more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.

Noserider Surf Club is happy to offer store credit for the value of your exchanged item. Please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll be issued store credit via email - this credit will not expire and can be used to purchase a replacement item. Store credit does not include the shipping cost or tax.
Unfortunate, Noserider Surf Club is not able to offer store credit for the following items:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount that is 20% off or more
- Items marked final sale
- Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop or at any of our retailers
- Gift cards
Changes to an Order
If an error was made during the ordering process, please contact email@example.com. We will do our best to adjust the order to your liking. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will recommend the next steps. Likely you will need to return the order via the aforementioned process.

Noserider Surf Club products are all sourced from Bali, Indonesia -no mass production involved here. Each product is handmade by family-owned, local businesses. If you have questions pertaining to a specific item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each collection is unique and therefore the respective sizing of the product will be listed in the description. If you have further questions about fit and dimensions, feel free to reach out to email@example.com.
