We want you to feel confident in your surf suit from the moment it arrives to the moment you paddle out. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return options by location

  • US orders: eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit
  • Indonesia orders: eligible for exchange or store credit, coordinated via WhatsApp at +62 811-3700-880
  • Australia + Rest of World: final sale (we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or store credit)

Restocking Fee + Return Shipping

  • A $4.99 restocking fee is deducted from approved refunds (per order).
  • The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags and hygiene liner attached, and returned in original packaging.
  • We can’t accept returns or exchanges requested after 14 days.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and what you’d like to do (exchange, refund, or store credit). If you can, include a quick note on fit so we can help faster. We’ll reply within 1–3 business days with next steps.

Store Credit

If you choose store credit, we’ll email you a credit code for the value of your eligible item(s). Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date issued and can be used on future purchases at noseridersurf.com (excluding gift cards). Store credit does not include shipping or tax.


Exemptions (Final Sale Items)

We’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for:

  • Items discounted 25% off or more
  • Items marked final sale
  • Hats
  • Gift cards
  • Purchases made at pop-ups, trunk shows, or through retailers
  • Non–Noserider Surf Club items
  • Orders shipped to Australia or Rest of World

Changes to an Order

If you need to update an order after placing it, email [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we’ll recommend the best next steps (which may include a return request, if eligible).
