We want you to feel confident in your surf suit, from the moment it arrives to the moment you paddle out.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Here’s how it works:

  • US + Indonesia Orders: You can return for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Australia Orders: We currently offer exchanges or store credit.

  • Rest of the World: Orders are final sale unless you arrange to return your item at our Flagship Store in Canggu, Bali.

 

Restocking Fee and Return Shipping

 

  • $4.99 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
  • This fee is waived if you choose an exchange instead.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Items can be returned to our addresses in the United States, Indonesia, or Australia.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with hygiene liner and tags still in place, and in the original packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

1. Complete the return/exchange form HERE: https://noseridersurf.com/pages/start-your-return

2. Await instructions from our team—these will be provided within 1 - 3 business days.

3. Ship the item(s) to the address we provide. We accept returns to our locations in Indonesia, United States, and Australia.

4. Once received, please allow two business days for processing.

 

Store Credit

Noserider Surf Club is happy to offer store credit for the value of your exchanged item. You'll be issued store credit via email - this credit will expire 1 year from the date issued and can be used to purchase a replacement item. Store credit does not include the shipping cost or tax.

 

Exemptions

Unfortunately, Noserider Surf Club is not able to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for the following items:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount that is 25% off or more
  • Items marked final sale
  • Non-Noserider Surf Club Items
  • All Hats
  • Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop or at any of our retailers
  • Gift cards

 

Changes to an Order

If an error was made during the ordering process, please contact [email protected]. We will do our best to adjust the order to your liking. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will recommend the next steps. Likely you will need to return the order via the aforementioned process.
