Before you begin your Return or Exchange

We want you to feel confident in your surf suit from the moment it arrives to the moment you paddle out! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. Before submitting a return request, please review the details below to make sure your item is eligible.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Hygiene liner and tags must be attached
  • Item must be returned in original packaging

Shipping and Restocking Fee

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • A $4.99 return restocking fee will be deducted from refunds
  • This fee is waived if you choose an exchange instead

Return Options by Location

  • US & Indonesia orders: refund, exchange, or store credit
  • Australia orders: exchange or store credit only
  • Rest of the world: items are final sale unless you arrange to personally bring them to our store in Bali, Indonesia

Final Sale and Exclusions

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items discounted 25% off or more
  • Items marked final sale
  • Hats
  • Gift cards
  • Purchases made at pop-ups, trunk shows, or through retailers
