Shipping Policy

All our shipping is done through UrShipper which uses FedEx and includes tracking so you can follow your order’s progress from us to you! 
Each order is hand packed lovingly by our staff in recyclable and reusable packaging. Each order includes a free gift made by Lombok locals as a way to give back to the community which helped nurture Noserider Surf Club from the beginning.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesian holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and have same day shipping. However, we are only a small team working with human hands. There may be delays subject to public holidays or a high volume of orders, or other events outside of our control. You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email when your order has been shipped.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Noserider Surf Club is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? 
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 18 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@noseridersurf.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
