- Local Shipping: $5.99 flat rate across Indonesia
- Free delivery in Canggu
- Or select free in-store pickup from our shop in Canggu
If you're in Bali, you're welcome to pick up your order in person or send your own Gojek or Grab during shop hours. Just select the in-store pickup option at checkout and we’ll have it ready.
Important to Note: Currently we are unable to ship to the countries not served by our courier DHL. Please check this list for more information.
Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Noserider Surf Club is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesian holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and have same day shipping. However, we are only a small team working with human hands.
There may be delays subject to public holidays or a high volume of orders, or other events outside of our control. You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email when your order has been shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 18 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
