All orders include tracking so you can follow your order's progress from us to you.

US orders ship directly from our warehouse in the United States.
- Economy (4–7 business days): $5.99
- Express (2–3 business days): $7.99
- Overnight (1 business day): $19.99
- FREE shipping on all orders over $150 (Economy: 4–7 business days)
🌍 International Shipping
International orders ship from Bali, Indonesia via DHL.
- Standard Shipping (1–2 weeks): $9.99
- Priority Shipping (4–6 business days): $19.99
- FREE shipping on all orders over $150
🇮🇩 Shipping Within Indonesia
- Local Shipping: $5.99 flat rate across Indonesia
- Free delivery in the Canggu/Pererenan area
- Or select free in-store pickup (available once our new Pererenan location opens — follow @noseridersurf for updates)
If you're in Bali, you're welcome to pick up your order in person or send your own Gojek or Grab during shop hours. Just select the in-store pickup option at checkout and we'll have it ready.
Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Noserider Surf Club is not responsible for these charges — they are your responsibility as the customer. This does NOT apply to US or Indonesian orders.
How long does it take to process an order?
US orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. International orders from Bali may take 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesian holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, we are a small team working with human hands — there may be occasional delays during public holidays, high-volume periods, or events outside of our control.
You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days (US) or 18 business days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number and we'll look into it for you.
