Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in your surf suit from the moment it arrives to the moment you paddle out. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return options by location
- US orders: eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit
- Indonesia orders: eligible for exchange or store credit, coordinated via WhatsApp
- Australia + Rest of World: final sale (we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or store credit)
Restocking fee + return shipping
- A $4.99 restocking fee is deducted from approved refunds (per order).
- The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags and hygiene liner attached, and returned in original packaging.
- We can’t accept returns or exchanges requested after 14 days.
How to start a return or exchange
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and what you’d like to do (exchange, refund, or store credit). We’ll reply within 1–3 business days with next steps.

- Purchases made at pop-ups, trunk shows, or through retailers
