Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. 

We offer exchanges for new items or returns for store credit only. If you purchased your item more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.

Store Credit

Noserider Surf Club is happy to offer store credit for the value of your exchanged item. Please submit your request to hello@noseridersurf.com. 

You'll be issued store credit via email - this credit will not expire and can be used to purchase a replacement item. Store credit does not include the shipping cost or tax.

Exemptions

Unfortunate, Noserider Surf Club is not able to offer store credit for the following items:

- Items purchased on sale or with a discount that is 20% off or more.

- Items marked final saleItems purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop or at any of our retailersGift cards

Changes to an Order 

If an error was made during the ordering process, please contact hello@noseridersurf.com.

We will do our best to adjust the order to your liking. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will recommend the next steps.

Likely you will need to return the order via the aforementioned process.

Please reference our Noserider Surf Club Size Guide for a general size guideline. As a best practice, always read the specific product description for additional information on the exact fit. Sometimes it's necessary to size up or down based on body type.

Hand wash in cold water - it's best to take you suit in the shower with you after a long day at the beach and let it line dry in a shady spot!
